Which couples made it out of Paradise intact?

CARLY WADDELL, EVAN BASS

Well, Paradise is closed for the season. Hopefully the cleaning crew is going through it with some heavy duty disinfectant, if not just burning it down.

So of the four couples left during the last episode, who has the best chance of survival?

Spoiler alert– in case you didn’t watch, Carly and Evan got engaged, Josh and Amanda got engaged, and Grant and Lace got engaged.

Nick broke up with Jen in a way that made my mom VERY angry. Angry enough to post a Facebook status that said “Nick Viall is HORRIBLE and a terrible actor.” (I’m fine with the breakup.)

Carly & Evan: 40% Chance of Survival

I have this vibe that Carly was settling for Evan when they were in Paradise but now that they are in the real world, she will not be as into him. I hate saying that, because I want Carly to be happy and I think I want Evan to be happy, too.

Also, I have read that Evan’s ex-wife calls him a “deadbeat dad” and that he’s had money problems in the past. Not sure that a 4-6 week old engagement can handle all that. But maybe?

I will need Evan to get a haircut in order for their chances to rise. #punintended #erectiledysfunctionspecialist

LACE MORRIS, GRANT KEMP
Lace & Grant: 80% Chance of Survival

Their proposal almost made me cry. Who would’ve thought that I’d be sitting here rooting for Lace of all people to find love on Bachelor in Paradise?! They are just the cutest.

The only thing I’m worried about is Lace’s insecurities creeping up again, but it seems like Grant can handle her. Love them! #Grace4Eva

JENNIFER SAVIANO, NICK VIALL
Nick & Jen: 10% Chance of Survival

You may wonder why their chance of survival isn’t listed as 0%, but there is always a hope that Jen begs her way onto the next season of The Bachelor to try to have a second chance with Nick.

But please don’t. I don’t find them to be a good match. Jen is too blah. Nick needs a strong personality to compete with his own. That’s why Andi and Kaitlyn were so compatible with him.

AMANDA STANTON, JOSH MURRAY
Josh & Amanda: 90% Chance of Survival

While I don’t want these two to stay together due to the fact that Josh is a psychopath, I feel that they most likely will stay together. Amanda is not the brightest bulb and she doesn’t seem to grasp that there’s more to Josh than a pretty face and some moaning noises.

She may never realize he has anger issues or if she does, she may be too embarrassed to call off the engagement. Also, Josh says this is “true love,” so he must be right!

I do have to admit, all of the couples *seemed* happy on After Paradise, but Amanda did seem a little twitchy. Not sure if she was trying to send an S.O.S. to the public to rescue her from Josh???
