Good morning, everyone! I am still getting rudely awakened in the 5:00 AM hour by my one-year-old, but at least he slept through the night last night…which is more than I can say about Saturday night.

OMG. You think you’re over the waking up in the night era and then BOOM! They throw you right back in.

Saturday night it was a mystery ailment that had my son up from 3:30 AM on…

All day yesterday I felt like a zombie walking around and thanks to today’s early wake-up, I don’t hold out much hope that today will be much better.

Pregnancy Brain

BUT. I am so excited to get my prenatal massage from Carrie at Yogawood this morning! I haven’t had a massage in quite awhile, but it was recommended as a way to help treat my pregnancy sciatica

In a true case of pregnancy brain, I arranged for my son to go to drop-in daycare this morning during my appointment but forgot that my daughter also needed care (I forgot she doesn’t have school on Mondays). Luckily my neighbor agreed to watch her. Now nothing can stop me from my one-hour of relaxation!

I’ll probably fall asleep and miss the whole thing.

I spent the chilly weekend hanging around the house trying to relax. I’ve been plagued by horrible stomach cramps the past few days. They come and go and get worse at night.

Saturday night when I was trying to fall asleep, I seriously wondered whether or not I was in labor. Whenever I get to the third trimester, I worry that I could go into labor at any time. Thus, typical intestinal distress cramps turn into worries that if I go to the bathroom, the baby will fall out. A totally normal concern, right??

The cramps seem to have subsided for now. I think I either got messed up from the glucose test on Friday (I’ve felt nauseous ever since) or I just need to drink more water.

I got a lot of reading in this weekend– I bought Andy Cohen’s new book, The Andy Cohen Diaries: A Deep Look at a Shallow Year. If you’re a fan of Bravo or Andy, you will LOVE this book.

It’s basically his diary of what he did every day for one year. He dishes lots of little juicy tidbits about Real Housewives and other celebrities he hangs with or meets on Watch What Happens Live. It’s like being a fly on the wall in the world of a man immersed in NYC pop culture. So good!

I have a giveaway going on if you want to try your luck at winning a copy of the book..I’m giving away three here.

In the Holiday Spirit Yet?

Are you feeling festive for the holidays yet?

I keep thinking the sky looks like snow weather, so it’s hard not to want to pull out the Christmas decorations and start listening to my Mariah Carey Christmas playlist. (Although today I see that it’s supposed to get into the 60s before dropping to the 30s tomorrow. Get it together, Mother Nature!)

I did post the ABC Family 25 Days of Christmas movie schedule yesterday, so check it out. It has all the movies your family will enjoy this December, complete with a printable schedule, too.

And if you feel like doing some holiday shopping for kids, there are a ton of fabulous Fisher Price toys on sale for the Amazon Lightning Deals today.

Also, just in case you missed it– I shared an exclusive Omaha Steaks coupon on Saturday. It’s over $100 worth of food at a special price of $29.99 from now through Dec. 15.

Make sure you print out a copy or just show the salesperson on your smartphone. We had some of the steaks and sides over the weekend and as always, they were delicious. Mine was even fantastic reheated the next day.

Have a terrific Monday!
