Sleep. We all want it. We all need it, in fact, but do we make our family’s sleep health a priority?
I try to. Before my kids were born I read up on infant sleep because I wanted to be sure that I had kids who were good sleepers. And it worked– they are good nappers and each get 11-12 hours of sleep each night.
