What do you do when you’re feeling overwhelmed?
The weekends always seem so full of promise.
Two full days of having my husband home to “help out” and no preschool to rush the kids off to in the mornings.
But then, inevitably, it’s Sunday mid-morning. I’ve been up since 5:30 (thanks, screaming two-year-old) and I’m still in my pajamas with a full to-do list.
I start to get that panicky, overwhelmed feeling as I think of all the things that are not “perfect” or “completed” in my life.
